Our shipment is made on Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm +8.00 GMT, with the exception of Malaysia Public holidays. Please find below a close estimate as to when you should receive your parcel:

We work as timely as possible to get your package shipped out to you. However, with a high volume of orders, please allow us to take about 1-2 business days to pack up and ship out your order.
TAX & DUTIES
If your shipping address is within Malaysia, there will be NO tax or duty on your order.
For international orders, we will ship your package as a gift to avoid any unwanted custom charges & duties. However, should there be customs charges still, the buyer, are responsible for the fees.
